Whether you’re navigating emotional stress, grief, overwhelm, burnout, craving control, food-related challenges, or simply looking for steadier ground, this community is here to walk with you.
Exclusive members-only live group Zoom calls, following regular wellness themes. A safe peer support space to learn new skills, enjoy gentle accountability, or share about your challenges, wins or insights on your wellness journey. Members are free to engage actively, or simply be present and listen in. There’s no pressure to participate, just lean in at the accountability level that serves you best, and connect in a space that honors where you are at - emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
MBC Breakthrough Meet-ups are aligned to our holistic wellness themes and may include body-based, breath-based, and energy-based techniques. eg. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping); vagus nerve stimulation & toning (humming, chanting, singing); guided breathwork, somatic shaking, grounding, butterfly hugging, sensory orienting, havening technique, doodle draws, heart-brain coherence technique. Members may also participate in relaxation and de-stress activities like guided breathwork, gentle movement or stretching, mindfulness & meditation, sound healing, creative expression, laughter and restful practices.
This is a 2-hour emotional processing & mental alignment session with trained Breakthrough Coaches. Overcome limiting beliefs,release stuck emotions,and shift unwanted thought patterns and behaviors, using a combination of proven wellness techniques and brain training tools. MBC members benefit from Holly & Lauren-Aaliyah's unique discovery process which supports you to explore your desired outcomes.
Our private MBC Facebook group is your cozy corner of the internet, a safe, non-judgmental space where you can stay connected between sessions, share your wins - and your wobbles, and feel supported by a like-hearted community. Inside, we post calming reminders, prompts for reflection based on the weekly/monthly wellness themes, helpful resources and updates about upcoming events. Whether you're dropping in for inspiration or reaching out for support, you'll always be met with compassion, encouragement, and respect.
