Sessions take place on Zoom. You are welcome to book as many sessions as feel supportive for you.

Relational Internal Family Systems (IFS) works by helping you connect with the different parts of your inner world in a compassionate and curious way. Instead of trying to suppress or fight difficult behaviors or symptoms, we explore the positive intentions behind them. When parts feel understood, they can relax and give you greater access to your confident core Self. Clients often experience more calm, clarity and choice in their daily lives.
