About

Kayla supports sustainable change through a grounded, practical approach that meets people where real life happens – at home, in the kitchen, and within everyday routines. Her work focuses on simplifying mindset and habits so that nourishment, consistency, and self-trust feel achievable rather than overwhelming.

With training in life coaching and a strong foundation in behaviour change and emotional patterns around food, Kayla brings a compassionate, judgment-free presence to the spaces she holds. She is also equipped with a solid understanding of food addiction frameworks, recovery-informed language, and supportive approaches to food freedom, without rigidity or shame.

A core part of Kayla’s work centres on batch cooking and food preparation systems that reduce stress, decision fatigue, and burnout. She supports a wide range of eating styles, including keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, whole-foods–based eating, and transitional approaches for those moving away from highly processed foods. Rather than prescribing rules, she helps individuals create flexible, realistic systems that honour their unique needs and current season of life.

Within My Breakthrough Community, Kayla hosts Food Freedom Hour, offering a supportive space for members to explore their relationship with food, routines, and nourishment in a way that feels doable and kind. Her facilitation style is practical, encouraging, and deeply human, helping people feel supported both physically and emotionally as they build sustainable change.

Kayla believes that true transformation happens when people feel fed, supported, and empowered to make choices that align with who they are becoming.
