About
Liette Leduc is a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and a Food Addiction Recovery Advocate (FARA), with advanced training in Gut Health Therapy. She brings an evidence-based, whole-person approach to health and wellness, informed by both professional training and lived experience.
Her personal health journey includes achieving diabetes remission through comprehensive dietary restructuring and metabolic health optimisation, an experience that has deeply shaped her understanding of the body’s capacity for healing when supported with the right foundations. Over the past two years, Liette has supported individuals navigating chronic health challenges, working toward reduced pharmaceutical dependence, and establishing sustainable, life-supporting wellness practices.
Liette’s approach centres on empowering individuals to work with their bodies rather than against them. She emphasizes foundational lifestyle interventions, mindful nutrition, and holistic health strategies that support resilience, balance, and long-term vitality, without rigidity or quick fixes.
Within My Breakthrough Community, Liette is a host of Connection Hour, where she brings steady presence, compassion, and grounded insight to shared spaces of reflection and support. Her facilitation style is calm, respectful, and empowering, creating a welcoming environment for members to reconnect with their bodies, build trust in themselves, and move toward greater well-being at their own pace.
